What are Usage Levels on the App?

When using the App, you probably noticed the Usage Levels:

What are they and why do we need them?

The MUSHNOMICS App is a versatile tool, meticulously designed to cater to a broad spectrum of needs, which are encapsulated within three distinct use-cases. These use-cases are formalized as ‘Usage Levels’, each one possessing its unique set of advantages and practical applications.

The Usage Levels are not merely arbitrary classifications; they are thoughtfully curated categories of users, that reflect the diverse ways in which they can interact with the MUSHNOMICS App. Each Usage Level is imbued with specific features and functionalities tailored to meet that particular level's unique requirements.

In the following sections, you will find a comprehensive description of each Usage Level. These descriptions will provide you with a deeper understanding of each level's unique advantages and utilities, enabling you to make an informed decision about which level is most suitable for your needs. So, let’s delve into the world of MUSHNOMICS and explore the myriad possibilities it offers:

1. The Home/Hobby Level: addresses people who are just getting started with mushroom growing, or are looking for a way of transforming compostable waste into useful products. Besides information about building and managing your small hooby growing units, you will have access to a host of hobby level products from Pilze's webshop;
2. The Urban Farmer Level: addresses more advanced users, that have more extensive knowledge about mushroom growing and waste disposal. Information about more expensive hardware and advanced growing units is displayed to you.
3. The Training Level: addresses curious users, that do not yet have a clear picture of what they would like, or don't know yet the amount of feedstock that will be available for mushroom growing. 

How can I change my level?

The level is detected automatically from the amount of feedstock that you as the user introduce into the App (in the Feedstock section). No feedstock means Trainig level, any amount less than 10kg is hobby level, and above 10kg is Urban Famer. So, if you would like to scale up your mushroom production and would like to see what products are available, just create another Notebook and simulate the new amounts of feedstock.
